These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the R&M Creates website, your purchase or subscription to Shared Journeys With Christ, your submission of forms, and your use of related products and services.
By accessing our website, making a purchase, starting a subscription, or submitting information to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
R&M Creates offers creative products and faith-centered experiences, including the Shared Journeys With Christ monthly mail subscription.
Shared Journeys With Christ is designed to provide encouragement, Scripture, testimonies, stories, and other faith-centered materials through physical mail and related communications.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase or begin a subscription.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, and mailing information.
Shared Journeys With Christ is offered as a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout.
The current subscription price and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase. Applicable prices, products, benefits, mailing schedules, and availability may be updated for future billing periods.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged automatically at the stated frequency until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscribers may need to complete their purchase by the stated monthly cutoff date to receive the upcoming Shared Journey mailing.
Subscriptions completed after the cutoff may begin with the following month’s mailing. Cutoff dates and mailing-preparation dates may change when reasonably necessary.
Mailing schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shared Journey envelopes may be sent through the United States Postal Service using stamped mail. Tracking information may not be available.
Delivery times can vary based on postal operations, holidays, weather, address accuracy, location, and other circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address and updating it before the applicable mailing is prepared.
If your Shared Journey has not arrived, please allow at least 10 business days from the mailing date before submitting a lost-mail report.
Before reporting missing mail, you may be asked to confirm that you:
Damaged-mail reports may require photographs showing the condition of the mailing.
Submitting a report does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Requests will be reviewed based on the information provided, mailing records, timing, availability, and the circumstances of the request.
You may cancel your recurring subscription before your next billing date to prevent future renewal charges.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse charges already processed or mailings already prepared or sent.
After cancellation, you may continue receiving communications or materials connected to a payment or mailing that was processed before the cancellation became effective.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by R&M Creates, payments already processed are generally nonrefundable.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction.
Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize applicable charges. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
If a payment fails, your subscription or access to related benefits may be paused, delayed, or cancelled.
You may choose to submit prayer requests, testimonies, praise reports, stories, or other content. You are responsible for the information you submit and must not submit content that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.
We will use the sharing preference selected on the applicable form. We will not intentionally publish a submission outside the permission selected by the submitter.
If you authorize us to share a submission, you grant R&M Creates permission to review, edit for length or clarity, format, reproduce, and share the authorized content through Shared Journeys With Christ or related communications, subject to your selected name and privacy preference.
Prayer support and faith-centered content are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional services.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, designs, written materials, graphics, subscription materials, and original content provided by R&M Creates or Shared Journeys With Christ are owned by or licensed to R&M Creates.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use protected materials without prior written permission.
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, email, website-hosting, and communication providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or performance of independent third-party services.
Our website, subscription, and related materials are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, postal delivery timing, or that every product or message will meet every individual expectation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R&M Creates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, subscription, forms, third-party services, or mailed materials.
